Welcome to Tears of Undead
First off let me welcome you to our website.
Our clan was built on February 10 2019. The clan website shortly fallowed on February 14 2019.
Our goal is to create an ACTIVE high level clan.
So if you are looking to consistently Win wars this may not be the place for you. Tears Of Undead does have a goal of having a core group of players. We will call this "hardcore core group" However we may be light years away from that. Our members know that our clan at the moment is community based. Meaning its a causal training and social group. Our clan will need other clans to run as we will fill up fast. Tears Of Undead will only keep the best players. This is where the website comes in. This website is a way to communicate with other Tears Of Undead members. Trades can happen but not everyone can be in the original clan at the same time. We do plan on integrating the Discord service as a way to chat and become better at the game. Please know we do believe in leaving no one out of the fun and as a clan we will become very tight knit. That is our objective anyway. Those who want to run other clans, but have trouble finding members, there will be leadership positions open to you. I will personally be giving really nice rewards as well. I do expect this clan to run itself. Hopefully you see the same vision I do.
I'm Super excited to see how far this clan ventures, how large we grow, and how ELITE we become !!

CLAN RULES AND GUIDELINES
Clan Rules
All Clan Members(7)
Rule 001: Are subject to disciplinary action by the founder.
Rule 002: Must Opt In Or Out For wars.
Rule 003: Forbidden to donate troops for war Unless otherwise stated by Leader, Co-Leader, or Founder.

Rule 004: All Clan Members in war must try in wars. And meet the expectations within reason.
Rule 005: Drama Is subject to discipline action please seen Info 005 for more information.

Rule 015: Inactive Members of clan will get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Discipline Action taken upon them ( 3 warnings). Before placement in Tears Inactive.

Rule 016: Are forbidden to deviate from the request of troops.

Leaders + Clan Leaders
Rule 006: All Co-leaders (3) are to be treated as Clan Leaders (2).

Rule 007: All Leaders are subject to disciplinary action by the founder (1)

Rule 008: All Leaders Must Join Tears Of Undead Original Clan(6) once per day unless otherwise exempt from "founder".

Rule 009: All Leaders who make a Co-leader in their clan must notify founder before doing so. Clans with all Co-leaders are exempt
​
Rule 010: No leader or co-leader is able to go outside the rules or enforce a rule without notifying Clan Founder.

Elders
Rule 011: Elders(4) have no obligations other than the ability to kick members (regular donations may be required in some clans as well as war obligations).

Members
Rule 012: Member(5) of a clan must be made elder after a maximum of 3 days with-in any clan.
​
Rule 013: Members who fail to comply with rules must not be promoted (this includes to elder) Until Leader decides to do so.

Info 005: It's up to clan leader to enforce rules. Just because a rule is made does not mean it has to be enforced. No leader or co-leader is able to go outside the rules or enforce a rule without notifying Clan Founder. If a rule is enforced you may contact founder to appeal the decision. This includes any ruling the founder has made.
Info 001: All Active Tears Of Undead Clans(7) will be posted Under News and Updates.
Info 002: Clan Leaders who fail to comply with website rules will get no support/members from Tears Of Undead. Please see All Active Tears Of Undead for more information.
Info 003: Whenever a code is issued example Rule 001 clan member is expected to know that rule. Clan member can refer back to Tears Of Undead for help.

1st-- offense:--Demotion
2nd-offense:--Demotion and a verbal warning to kick
3rd-- offense:--Movement to different clan within Tears Of Undead
4th-- offense---Ban from Tears of Undead including members area of the website for 3 days.
5th--offense-Ban from Tears Of Undead 1 Year including members area of the website for 6 months to 1 year.
6th--offense ban from Tears Of Undead for life including members area of the website

(1) Founder: Founder is the original Tears Of Undead Leader. Website Owner as well as clan up keeper.
(2) Clan Leaders: Have full Control of there clan and must fallow Website Rules.
(3) Co-Leaders: Have full control of the clan they are in. Provided they fallow Clan Leaders rules, and founders rules as seen on the website. Their responsibilities depend on the Tears Of Undead they are in.
(4) Elders: have no obligations other than the ability to kick members. Provided they fallow Clan Leaders rules, and founders rules as seen on the website. Their responsibilities depend on the Tears Of Undead they are in. Subject to obligations outside of Tears Of Undead Original Clan
(5 ) Members: Have no obligations provided they fallow Clan Leaders rules, and founders rules as seen on the website. Their responsibilities depend on the Tears Of Undead they are in. Subject to obligations outside of Tears Of Undead Original Clan. Member of a clan must be made elder after a maximum of 3 days with-in any clan.
(6) Tears Of Undead Original Clan: #28PUJJUV2 The very first clan ever made for Tears Of The Undead. Founded By Owner of the website.
